This core workout at home contains some of the best strong abs exercises to help improve your core strength. This is a plank workout for women that is very effective to build strong abs. There may be some plank variations in this abs workout that you haven’t tried before, so it’s a good idea to give them a try before attempting the complete plank challenge.

To do this ab workout at home, all you need is a mat, a weighted item (could be a plate, dumbbell, or anything heavy that will slide against the floor) and a pair of sliders (or socks on a slick surface works great). It’s ok to follow along with the instructor for this plank workout for women. For each of the best abs exercises in this ab workout, follow the instructor for length and rest time.
If you are a beginner, try to do this total core workout for 1-2 rounds. If you’re more advanced, shoot for 3-4 rounds of this plank workout.
